By accessing or placing an order on www.houseofvatican.in (the “Website”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

  1. General - The Website is owned and operated by Vatican, a business registered in India. - We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised date. Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
  2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  3. Products & Pricing - All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. - We have made every effort to display colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen settings. - Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST wherever applicable. - We reserve the right to cancel any order (even after confirmation) in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
  4. Orders & Payment - Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the order and send a shipment confirmation. - We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI, cards, net-banking, and wallets listed at checkout. - You are responsible for providing correct shipping details. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
  5. Shipping & Delivery - Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy. - Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, force majeure events, or incorrect addresses. 
  6. Returns & Replacements - Governed exclusively by our Return & Replacement Policy published on the Website. - No returns or refunds except for verified manufacturing defects as determined solely by us. 
  7. Intellectual Property - All content on the Website (images, text, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of Vatican or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. - You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. 
  8. User Conduct You agree not to: - Use the Website for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Website - Place fake orders or engage in fraudulent transactions.
  9. Limitation of Liability - Products are sold on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vatican shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website or products. - Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
  10. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold Vatican, its owners, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website. 
  11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India. 
  12. Force Majeure We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions, courier strikes, etc.).
