We at Vatican take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure complete transparency, please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement Returns or replacements are accepted **only** in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect. The final decision on whether a defect qualifies as a manufacturing defect rests solely with the Vatican quality team after inspection of the returned product and supporting evidence (photographs/videos submitted by the customer). **No returns or replacements** will be entertained for: - Change of mind - Size/color preference issues - Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear & tear, or external factors after delivery
  2. Conditions for Return/Replacement - The product must be **unused**, in its original condition, with all original tags, labels, and protective stickers intact. - The product must be returned along with **all original packaging**, accessories, authenticity cards, dust bags, boxes, and any free gifts received with the order. - Failure to return the complete set will result in rejection of the return request or deduction of the value of missing items from the refund/replacement.
  3. Time Frame The return request must be raised within **2 days** from the date of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
  4. Process to Raise a Return Request a. Write to us at vatican.in@gmail.com with your Order ID, clear photographs and/or short video of the alleged defect. b. Our team will evaluate the evidence and communicate approval or rejection within 3 business days. c. Upon approval, you will receive a return shipping address and further instructions.
  5. Return Shipping Responsibility & Charges - The buyer is responsible for safely packing and shipping the product back to us. - We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking. - Once the defective product is received and verified by us, and a return or replacement is approved, we will reimburse **₹75** (Rupees Seventy-Five only) towards your courier expenses via the original payment method or UPI, irrespective of the actual courier cost incurred.
  6. Resolution Upon successful verification and approval of the manufacturing defect: - We will either replace the product with an identical or similar item (subject to availability) **OR** - Issue a full refund of the product amount paid (excluding any original shipping charges or COD charges, if applicable). Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
